SMART BOX-MINI
Battery Powered for Single Tank Applications

The product is a battery-operated, electronic remote level gauge designed for non-pressurized tanks containing liquid operating media.

It consists of a digital display unit with a 16-digit LC display and a mechanical level gauge type FSA-E with a 10 m cable.

The gauge is compatible with various operating media, including waste oil, diesel, FAME, urea solution (AdBlue), fuel oil, biofuel, vegetable oil, rainwater, and other non-flammable liquids that pose a risk to water.

The tank's content is determined by measuring the filling height based on the float principle. The filling level signal is transmitted via an electronic interface cable, extendable up to 50 m, to the SmartBox MINI digital display unit. Here, it is converted into the desired output value and displayed on the screen.

The display alternates between showing the tank's current content and the available free capacity volume, making it easy for tank truck drivers to gauge the remaining space without complex calculations.

Upon touching the sensor on the digital display unit, users can momentarily view the tank content in liters, percentage by volume, or filling height in centimeters, depending on individual settings.

Additionally, the tank's content, expressed in filling height in centimeters, can be continuously monitored on the scale of the mechanical level gauge type FSA-E.

Key Features:

  1. Accuracy of the digital display unit: ± 2% of the end value of the measurement range

  2. Supply voltage: 3 batteries type AA (included)

  3. Diameter float type FSA-E:

    1. Measurement range 0 to 160 cm: 31 mm

    2. Measurement range 0 to 250 cm: 38 mm

  4. Connection tank: G 1 1/2 M
