Experience unparalleled efficiency and precision with the newly developed MicroTREK HT–700 guided microwave level transmitter. Engineered for continuous level measurement of both conductive and non-conductive liquids, pulps, and solids, this cutting-edge device sets a new standard in performance.
Next-Level Performance:
The MicroTREK HT–700 boasts an impressive tenfold increase in measuring speed compared to its predecessor, along with a significantly reduced measuring dead zone and extended maximum measuring distance. Its expanded supply voltage range enhances versatility and adaptability across various applications.
Innovative Operating Principle:
Utilizing Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR), the MicroTREK HT–700 measures the travel time of impulse reflections to determine level. Microwave impulses generated within the sensor travel at the speed of light, with a portion being reflected from the surface based on the material. The reflected signal's travel time is meticulously measured and processed by the module's electronics, yielding a precise volume- and level-proportional signal.
Reliable Measurements Across Media:
Reflections are heavily influenced by the medium's dielectric constant (εr), requiring a minimum value of 1.4 for successful measurement. Fortunately, the propagation speed of microwave impulses remains consistent across vacuums, air, and other gases, ensuring distance measurement independence within specified limits.
Elevate your level measurement capabilities with the MicroTREK HT–700, a groundbreaking guided microwave level transmitter that delivers unmatched performance and reliability in industrial applications.
